AKB Meerschaum presents a more compact piece than many figural meer pipes we see, the design's proportions more balanced and portable though the bowl is tall and robust. The carving of the dragon claw and its smooth egg are rendered in great detail, with the bowl housing a good bit of chamber. Topped by an orange and cream-hued acrylic stem, the stummel should darken handsomely with age and enjoyment.
