While the "Dragon claw holding" motif is a quite popular one among meerschaum offerings, this piece from AKB is a bit different. The scaly claws and sharp talons are, as always, rendered in an ornately detailed carving and the vase is adorned with flowers, mixing a floral theme in as well. Here, though, the entire stummel is stained a handsome golden tan and the flowers are rimmed in green, for a lively presentation that pairs well with the stylish, amber-hued stem.
