The first European firm to incorporate American blending styles into their product line, they offer blends that simultaneously offer several uniquely American blends, combined with methods and quality of European manufacturers, but sporting a uniquely Danish flair. Mac Baren revolutionized both the European and American tobacco styles by fusing the two. They made light aromatics popular in Europe and non-aromatics and quality light aromatics popular in the United States. Most recently, Mac Baren has put an emphasis on natural pipe tobaccos, using only the necessary, minimum casings and no top flavouring at all, in the HH line of tobaccos.
