This freehand meerschaum from AKB reminds me of a Pickaxe, with the line work of the the forward-canting bowl tapering to a point a the heel. A smooth shank lifts upward, meeting a slightly bent mouthpiece of white and yellow acrylic with multiple expansion rings. An understated piece, this pipe will develop fanciful character as it gains patina through time and smoking sessions.
