The Lobster series from Rattray's is an extremely limited line, restricted to only 100 total pipes divided between six classic shapes. Befitting the series' name, each piece is dressed in a crimson-stained sandblast, with hints of contrast, and fitted with a filigree, sterling silver accent band of Art Deco styling. The aesthetic calls to mind the bright scarlet finishes of certain classic English pipe makers, offering a more colorful alternative to the formal, ebony-and-silver dress pipe motif, and is here presented in the form of a lithe and elegant bent Dublin design.
